Graphic Narrative Contest PROMPT!
Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 11:57PM For those of you who weren't able to make it to our study break tonight, we missed you but you can still participate in the competition! The prompt is below. Remember, all submissions are due THIS Saturday at 11:59pm. See the previous blog post on this page for contest guidelines.
Using three out of five of the elements below, illustrate a short story of your choosing. You can hide them in the back of a panel or make them essential to the plot. However, keep in mind that the panel of judges for the first round will be evaluating for creativity as well as content. The words are open to interpretation, but you must touch on each of them somehow. When in doubt, ask an editor (editors@slicedbreadmag.com)!
