When leaves fall...

It's that time of the year again. After the languid, hot days of Chicago summer, life returns to the Quads and Sliced Bread calls for submissions! In our third-year, we're still looking for the freshest voices here on campus. Because bread is the universal binding agent of the world (we all eat it), this means we're also (and still) looking for fresh voices to show the incredible diversity of talent here at The University of Chicago.

Deadline: Monday, January 12, 2009.

Head on over to our Submissions page to find out more about how to submit. Our rules and guidelines have changed since last year, so please read over everything carefully before you send in your work.

We're looking forward to reviewing your work! Don't procrastinate, because as we all know, the quarter system flies by faster than the destruction of the subjunctive.

We are also accepting new staff members. If you you would like to join our staff, you must attend an info session. For more information, please see How to Join Our Staff page.
