The "Why We Travel" Travel Writing Contest is co-sponsored by Sliced Bread Magazine and the Study Abroad Office at the University of Chicago. Together, Sliced Bread and Study Abroad aim to encourage students to explore this terrific genre of writing to both show an independent and insightful perspective and also demonstrate the power and opportunities afforded by travel.
